I would say, to be clear, we are like gold diggers, fake gold diggers. It’s that we don’t really have the taste of gold. We rather have the taste of blood. I speak of the red and gold childhood’s blood, the pulpboard theatre’s blood, you know?

BIOGRAPHIES
Nicolas Cantin creates choreographic environments in which he explores the multiple dramatic possibilities of the movement. His universe goes from the intimate to the savagery. He started with three shows : Grand Sing, Belle Manière and Mygale, that together form the Trois Romance trilogy. He worked afterward with two english plays CHEESE and Klumzy, that deal with memory. He flirts also with the circus by co-signing for les 7 doigts de la main the playright of Patinoire, a solo for Patrick Léonard, and commit himself to different collective project that all have in common to navigate on the border of genre.

Physical actor and multidisciplinary creator for 25 years, Peter James has been involved in a research on the movement, the voix and the text, that led him to move on the stage in disciplines as diverse as danse, theatre, multimeida, circus, performance and varieties. This multiple experiences have allowed him to work with Catherine Tardif, Andrew Harwood, Brouhaha Danse and Alain Francoeur among others. Peter James has to his credits 3 solos and 1 cabaret that he orchestrated with seven other accomplices : Ze Psykotyk Project. As well as working for television and cinema, he teaches play workshop and is artistic advisor at the École Nationale de Cirque.
