By developing improvisational structures that foster authentic physical expression, Marie-Reine explores encountering oneself through movement, navigating uncertainty and perseverance, letting go, and presence. Her approach draws on improvisation, silence, and emotional integration. Working with collaborators from dance and therapeutic backgrounds, she examines the body\u2019s and psyche\u2019s resistances in order to deepen physical and emotional engagement in the present moment.
