The OFFTA is a point of view.

A place where taking a sensitive look at an upcoming generation of artists is made possible.

While building this programming, we have had this intense feeling that time had suddenly slowed down

That the artists had purposefully chosen to swim against the current, in a quest to transcend time and space.

In offering us singular propositions that echo today's world in a very personal way, they are inviting us to join them into the delicate ritual of representation.

The one that opens up a breach in our present.

The one that changes our outlook onto the world.

With the help of our curators - Melanie Demers, Jérémie Niel, Geneviève Crépeau and Matthieu Dumont– we have built a festival of unique moments.

Rich meaningful encounters that will take us into the heart of the performing arts’ audacity.

It is with great pride that we are inviting you to the OFFTA’s 8th edition. An edition that will once again take us to the limits of the different disciplines. Trying to make us reconnect, above all, with the sacredness present in our day to day lives.
